Alan Marks is the founder of Realty Executives Boston West, a highly respected real estate brokerage established in 2005 with offices in Framingham, Natick, and Holliston, Massachusetts, and a network of more than 85 Realtors. With over two decades of leadership experience in residential real estate, recruiting, operations, and client service, Alan brings a wealth of industry knowledge and strategic vision to PMI MassBay.
As co-owner of PMI MassBay, Alan is committed to delivering concierge-level property management services backed by the strength of Property Management Inc. (PMI), a premier national property management organization with more than 470 offices throughout the United States.
In addition to his role at PMI MassBay, Peter is the owner of Hayden Rowe Properties, where he has successfully led residential real estate brokerage operations with a strong emphasis on professionalism, market knowledge, and personalized service. His extensive background in real estate has allowed him to help clients navigate complex transactions while building long-term trust and lasting partnerships.
Since 2010, Peter has also specialized in the management of residential rental properties, overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing, and investment property performance. His hands-on experience managing rental portfolios gives him a practical understanding of both owner and tenant needs, allowing him to provide efficient, proactive property management solutions.
Peter’s combined expertise in brokerage and property management makes him a valuable resource for homeowners, investors, and tenants seeking knowledgeable, dependable real estate leadership.
Courtney Sullivan serves as Director of Finance at PMI MassBay, where she helps support the company’s commitment to responsive service, operational excellence, and long-term asset protection for property owners.
As part of the leadership team, Courtney oversees financial systems, budgeting, reporting, and operational processes that help ensure owners receive accurate financial oversight, transparent communication, and dependable support.
Her experience implementing efficient systems, managing complex real estate operations, and developing streamlined workflows strengthens PMI MassBay’s comprehensive service model and reinforces the company’s focus on professionalism, accountability, and trust.
